Many in the world already believe this idea is necessary, for example this was aim of World Guppy Association.
Japan's greatest breeder,Noboru Iwasaki , has stated this is necessary. GuppyLabs editors, Sergio Chaim and Enrique Patina, are VERY knowledgeable in guppy genetics would be grateful for this effort. The Skype conversations Vladimir and Sergey designed with Philip Shaddock were a GREAT idea-- just with wrong person! 
Idea is still good idea with right professional breeders. Stan Shubel may be best U.S. breeder, but in U.S., Luke Roebuck is best person to send for this commitee, as he knows guppy strains, history, and genetics best. He travel all over the World to learn. Enrique Patina lives in U.S. ,too, he also the best. I know not who is best in Germany with open mind. In Japan, there are many!
Marriage is bad if you choose wrong woman (like me!) Marriage is wonderful with right person.
Skype conversations with Mr. Shaddock was bad idea from start. Skype conversations with Norobu Iwasaki or Enrique Patina is good for all of guppy community! Much knowledge shared with good open minds.
